Are zero Stars possible? I have spent over 4 hours on the phone and chats trying to get tickets transferred and sold. One has been “claimed” but one hasn’t. I have received several conflicting emails -one says my tickets were sold, one says my listing was cancelled. I will never ever use StubHub again. The reps disappear from chats and end chats. I had a 45 minute chat disappear. I am considering legal action and others should to.
