Bought tickets for my daughter’s first ever concert 5 months ago through Stub Hub. Tonight is the concert and the tickets never arrived. Called customer service 3 times and each time they say alternate tickets are being emailed to is only to say “No alternate tickets available”. We just drove 5 hours and spent over a grand on hotel, tickets, etc. and this is how we are treated. Our daughter is devastated which is a million times worse than the monetary loss. Never ever again will I use Stub Hub and I will be sure to tell everyone I know never to use them as well.
