Would not refund me for a ticket that I had to repurchase at the box office. FedEx never delivered the ticket so tye venue told me as long as I had the order number and ID I could still get im. Turns out stub hub doesn't give you the actual order number as I found out at the box office and they point blank refused to give me the order number over the phone when I called them from the box office. I purchased a new ticket so the 300 mile drive wasn't wasted and submitted a refund which stubhub denied saying I didn't give them adequate time to investigate before the event as I should have known they had given me the wrong order number.
