I wish there was a negative star option. Stub Hub is the absolute worse. Purchased VIP section tickets on pre sale. Spent about $500+ , they did not send me any tickets until i called them about an hour before concert time. They said “we don’t have your tickets”. Even after showing all confirmations and evidence of purchase they gave up upper deck spots that were worth probably 50 bucks a piece. No refund in money or anything. They said “At least we got you guys some tickets”. Don’t buy from this awful website. It’s a HUGE SCAM!!
