Complete joke, got 4 tickets to Porter Robinson concert. Could not transfer tickets. Called they had 8 days to figure issue out. Called 8 separate times. Day of show still no tickets said they could do nothing untill 3 hours to show time. Tried to contact seller but phone number was no longer valid. Said they would replace tickets under their policy. Got email to chose alternate tickets. Just get message no tickets are available. Customer service is inept completely useless. Had to get tickets through another vender. Avoid these guys. Their refund policy is a scam, guaranty is useless unless you want a 100% guaranty you'll get screwed.
