Saw a ticket for a concert with a particular section and row and purchased it. When the ticket was transferred it was the same section but they changed the row on me. They do bait and switch here so stay away if you are trying to get a seat next to someone. When you call and ask what happened to the ticket they advertised, they get all offended and claim that since it’s an “upgrade” you should be happy and there is nothing they can do. Will never use them again. Now I am sitting far away from my friend (so basically going alone to the concert) because of their fake advertisement.
