I've tried to use StubHub twice. The first time, the my tickets never arrived, and despite calling the company multiple times over the course of 4 months before the event, they did nothing to ensure I got my tickets. Further, by they time they said I could pick comparable tickets, there were none left. The second time was very recently. I purchased the ticket two weeks before the event. This time, the ticket arrived but I didn't find out until I showed up at the venue (3 hours from my home) that the ticket had been cancelled due to a fraudulent payment method. NOW, Stubhub refuses to honor their Fan Protection plan and reimburse me for my ticket. StubHub is clearly not interested in honoring their agreements or ensuring that they work with reputable ticket sellers.
