I just got scammed today 11/07/2024 Chris tomlins concert is today so i wanted to buy a ticket for my cousin and the ticket I saw was a floor ticket for $24 and i bought them thinking that nothing could go wrong because most of his tickets were really cheap. When i got the confirmation to accept the ticket it shows as PARKING PASS . Honestly i thought i was trippin bc i had bought parking pass with my other ticket so i kept refreshing and refreshing to make sure i wasnt trippin. At last i saw no floor ticket so i call customer service and asked for a refund and they said no because they contacted the seller of the ticket i had bought and they said they would send the right ticket right away but i no longer wanted the ticket since i had to buy another ticket for my cousin to come in and there was no one wanting the ticket and they said that they said they could only give me $5 discount In the picture of the receipt it clearly says floor ticket and in the other pic it shows as parking pass
