I purchased tickets to a concert recently and a few days before the concert I realized that I couldn't attend. The tickets were sold on Stubhub at a lost, but now trying to receive the funds from that sale has been a nightmare. I have received 2 emails from them stating that my bank has been declining their deposit. Those deposits were supposedly done on 2 different days. However, after contacting my bank I found out that there have been no attempts by them to deposit those funds. Also, each time they say that they made an attempt, it resets the time that you should receive your funds.
