NEVER USING STUBHUB again!!! If I could leave zero stars or less, I would! I bought tickets for my daughter and I in May for a concert in November. The day of the event I STILL had not yet recieved my tickets. I called customer service and they informed me that the are a secondary market and were waiting for the seller to release the tickets. They told me the seller had until 3 hours before the event to release them. That time passed, so I called StubHub again and was told that those tickets I bought in May were NOT going to be available, but that they would attempt to get me other tickets up to an HOUR before the event and I could get refunded if those tickets were not acceptable to me. I asked the rep to just refund me, because I was going to search for other tickets elsewhere IMMEDIATELY, because we had traveled over 5 hours and spent hundreds of dollars for a hotel, plus my 12 yr old daughter would have been so disappointed, and I wasnt willing to wait until an hour before the concert to MAYBE receive tickets. I proceeded to buy other tickets since, I was promised a refund from StubHub... some 30 minutes later the original tickets were magically available. I called customer service again and was told that since the tickets I was told with CERTAINTY that I could NOT HAVE, were now actually released, there was nothing they could do about it. I was on the phone arguing and fighting with them for over an hour and they made me go through this ridiculous process BEFORE the concert in order to be able to get a refund. They are awful.
