I’m incredibly disappointed in my recent experience with StubHub. After being assured of a full charge reversal due to a confusing transaction, StubHub’s support team has gone back on their word, refusing to honor their initial commitment. Every time I reach out, I receive the same generic, copy-pasted response, with no actual resolution or escalation.
This lack of accountability feels unprofessional and is especially disappointing given the high fees StubHub charges. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, both buying and selling tickets, and expected a reputable company to stand by its commitments. If StubHub values its long-term customers, they should address this issue, rather than push it aside with scripted responses.
I’d advise others to be cautious when dealing with StubHub. If an issue arises, there’s no guarantee they’ll make it right – and getting any meaningful support may be more frustrating than it’s worth. I hope they address these issues before more customers have similar experiences.
