Just Terrible. Bought tickets for college football game two months ago in another State and arranged to have family fly in. Night before event, was told the seats we bought were no longer available and were offered “alternative” seats by the seller which were significantly worse. We did not agree to this and were told a link would be sent to use with other options which never came and that the issue would be escalated (never happened). We called the customer service line several times and each time each time was like “ground hog day”. Never had issues remotely as poorly handled buying / selling tickets on Seat geeks or Ticketmaster. I have not written a negative review in over 10 years but our interaction with this company compelled me to try to alert folks how bad they are.
