Bought tickets 10 days in advance. Never received any update or tickets but when I called, they assured me the tickets or comparable tickets would be available. Drove 2 hours to the venue. Planned a pre-show dinner with my four other family members near the venue but was on the phone with StubHub customer service the entire time, sitting in the foyer of the restaurant. Ultimately, no tickets from StubHub. In a happy turn of events, I told my story to the folks in the restaurant who picked up the phone and got me five tickets 20 minutes before showtime. StubHub, never again. And I’m telling everyone I meet. The restaurant has my business for life. And I’m telling everyone I meet.
