We had ordered tickets two months before the concert. The day of the concert the tickets did not arrive. We spoke to customer service and were told they would be there by 7pm (the concert began at 8pm). At 7:35 pm we still didn’t have tickets. Again spoke with customer service and they said select different tickets. We did and then were told they would be available within the hour. They did not tell us that in advance of us making the new selection. We had to demand an alternative. We were told to download a different app and purchase tickets. We did and got into the concert just as it began. Our “new” seats were at the very top of the theater.
Needless to say it was a very negative experience.
