Absolutely terrible customer service and PREDATORY fees! I sold tickets for $1556 (4 of them) and only received $942. THATS 40% !!!!!! Very deceptive which is why Canada has banned that practice and they have been sued. Not only that, they posted my tickets twice and sold them to two different people. How is that even possible? They were VERY specific tickets however it’s almost like they don’t want you fulfill orders so they get to charge you additional. I wonder if their CEO is Bernie Madoff! Avoid at all costs!!! Ticketmaster isn’t great however they are only 10-15%!! Never again
