I will never buy from StubHub again. They do not actually honor their "Fan Protect" policy that states if you do not receive your ticket by the time of the show, they will issue a refund. I did not receive my tickets until 9:15pm the night of the show that started at 8pm. I was trying to get assistance via the app and website up until the show started and then forfeited and bought a ticket at the venue. When I tried calling this morning about getting a refund, they said because I was making a claim "after the time of event" that they could not honor the refund. That I "should have called sooner." This "Fan Protect" policy is not transparent and frankly felt like a scam.
