I will never purchase tickets from StubHub ever again. For over 30 days, I kept getting error messages when trying to claim my tickets to a Cirque du Soleil show. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I received nothing but excuses and no real help. They refused to issue a refund until the day of the event—just 3.5 hours before the show! When they finally offered a refund, they also presented “upgraded” alternative tickets. These were in a far worse section and were being sold for half the price elsewhere. It felt incredibly dishonest and added to the frustration. This entire experience was a disaster, and I strongly advise against using StubHub.
