I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with StubHub. I purchased tickets for a concert in April 2025 in Austin, Texas. Unfortunately, my order was canceled without any explanation or notification. To make matters worse, StubHub continues to withdraw funds from my account, despite the cancellation of my order. I have attempted to contact their customer service team twice, and both times I was met with unhelpful and suspicious responses that seemed more like a scam than a legitimate attempt to resolve my issue. As a result of this frustrating and unprofessional experience, I have lost trust in StubHub and will not be using their services again. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when using this platform. Furthermore, I believe that StubHub's business practices warrant a report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help prevent others from facing similar issues and prompt StubHub to review and improve their customer service and business practices. Rating: 1/5 stars
