StubHub is one of the worst platforms I have ever worked with. I never leave negative reviews but felt I had to here. I purchased the wrong tickets (my fault) as a guest, and since they have to refund, I had to sell them. They make you create an account to sell them but don’t tell you that you technically have two separate accounts (guest and official). I sold my tickets to a friend and transferred them over, securing a sale. No listings left on my account and then they tell me I have another buyer after I sold them? And telling me I have to pay $300 if I can’t complete the sale. Purposely misleading, not user friendly in any way. Awful.
