I’d give a zero if I could! I purchased tickets for the Taylor Swift concert and the seller never released the tickets. The tickets offered to me as a replacement from StubHub were the listen only tickets right behind the stage with no view of the stage at all. I had clear stage view tickets. They claim a guarantee of replacement tickets equal to better than the tickets you had. They Absolutely did not honour that. I will be sending a complaint to the BBB.
