Terrible Experience – Avoid!
I purchased tickets expecting to receive exactly what I ordered, but I was sent the wrong tickets. This was not just a small mix-up—it was completely different from what I paid for. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. They made no effort to resolve the issue, leaving me frustrated and without the tickets I wanted. This kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be using this company again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for better service and reliability.
