Easily one of the worst ticket platforms I have ever used. Bought Michigan vs Wisconsin tickets for my father’s birthday. Not only was the StubHub “application fees” $58 US PER ticket, the fee was more than the actual ticket. I was previewed with a great seat, the seats when we got there were absolutely horrible (know the arena more next time, the previews are not accurate at all - they show the best seat for the section you’re going into). Finally, when they asked for a “recommendation rating” after the event, it would not let me press anything below a 6/10, like genuinely, I’m a 23 year old - I get technology, the moment I tried to give it a one star, the site would freeze and I would have to reload, I tried all of them up until the 6/10 and it finally accepted and provided a response” What a JOKE of a company. No wonder there are 23 states with class action lawsuits!
