I live in WNC that was hit my hurricane Helene on Sept 27th. A month before I purchased tickets to a game through Stubhub. The day before the game we got hit by the hurricane. There was no way in or out of Asheville and we had no phone or internet service for a week. Once I got service I called stubhub to see about a refund. Their policy is all sales are final and told me I should have called the day of the event. They are based overseas and had to Google to see I was telling the truth about the hurricane. They told me if I provided a letter from Verizon they would do a one time courtesy. So I did that but they still denied me a refund. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company because it’s an act of God and I didn’t receive this service. I couldn’t even access the tickets. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company ever again based on how cold hearted and liars that they are.
