The worst experience ever!!! I wish I could give them zero star! I recently used StubHub to buy tickets, and it was a nightmare. The website was confusing, and the service fees were outrageous—almost doubling the ticket price. When my tickets finally arrived, they were late, leaving me stressed just before the event. Customer service was unhelpful; after an hour on hold, I spoke to someone who couldn't assist me. To make matters worse, the tickets were for the wrong event, and I missed out entirely. On top of all this, they have no refund policy, which makes them even worse. Overall, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I will never use this scam again. There are better options out there—save yourself the trouble!
