StubHub is becoming a Fraud. Their guarantee means nothing. I recently had two experiences where their delivery on game day policy just allow the buyer to be hour or minutes from their event and have no ticket. We start accepting any thing they want to offer… always worse than they originally promised and took your money for and paid them hundreds in fees for. Last time original tickets were unavailable 2 hrs before game, 2nd set of tickets offered was accepted and then they were available either and neither was the third set offered. I’ve bought ticket that were on 1st row of Big 12 basketball game and then had no delivery. StubHub is a scam. Do not use them they will defraud you and say it’s nots their fault, they aren’t the ticket holder… but u trusted and bought from them on their website. Go to ticket master or the actual venue. Do not use StubHub.
