I purchased a ticket for the hip-hop nutcracker. I never received my E tickets. I got something that did not state my seat number. I go to the Fox theater and they’re unable to locate my ticket based on the email I received from this company. I was told I had to purchase a new ticket I wasn’t the only one I never used my ticket for an event that was a special treat Orchestra seats for me for my birthday. They will not refund my money. Do not use StubHub to purchase your tickets go directly to the box office. Don’t use this company. It shouldn’t be that hard to find your ticket if you purchased it.
