Purchased tickets in September for a match in Porto in December. Promises to send tickets to the hotel (no digital release). This did NOT happen. Then notifications came with changes to the way we would get the tickets, including a ‘refund’ for service fees and other BS. Tickets were sent the day of the event. It turned out we could have bought tickets at the venue for 40€ each instead of the 100€ each we paid. WTF. Stressful experience. Do not recommend.
