Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased tickets at 8am - accepted and all is fine. at 4pm they respond that tickets are not available by seller. Why did it take 8 hours???? Event time is 7:30. no phone number to call, only chat access was 'virtual' which would only say trust our guarantee that we will refund your cost. Well, i hope so, you didn't provide the service! Reordered 2 more tickets in different seating - what choice did we really have? Same problem again - no response, and no ticket for 2.5 hours. This really should not be an operating business. ZERO customer service ZERO reliability. I won't make this mistake again. My first and last purchase from Stub Hub. Infuriating the day of the event when you've spend money to travel and for accomodations, etc.
