Sold 4 tickets and i was charged what amounted to 47% of my funds in fees. Unable to get any real explanation for that high percentage (I honestly thought it was an error) I went to the Better Business Bureau to complain. After 3 different Stub Hub responses that amounted to a "cut and paste" response from each diffetent SH employee, they terminated contact. I simply asked for a line item breakdown as to where 47% of the money had been applied. I was told nobody can tell me that and, this is important, STUB HUB CAN CHANGE THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR YOUR SALE EVEN AFTER YOU POST YOUR TICKETS. WHAT???
