I purchased a parking ticket for an NFL game that had a walk to the stadium. They did NOT disclose that you could not use the parking pass until 1 hour prior to the start of the game. We arrived about 1.5 hours ahead of time, which is a completely reasonable timeline. We when got to the parking garage and found out we could not use the pass, we had to pay more for parking. Despite StubHub's lack of disclose of this timeframe, they refused to refund our parking pass. DO NOT USE STUBHUB FOR GAME PARKING!
