Absolutely trash service i would say. Customer service was horrible, they didnt do anything to resolve my iasue. I purchased Lakers game ticket that was suppose to happen on Jan 9 but due to WILDFIRE in LA it was postponed twice.i flew to LA just for the game and wasnt able to go bcz it never took place. Tbe supervisor OLGA denied refund request and suggested to just lose my money because that their policy. I am extremely disappointed with their conern towards their customers and didnt care if we as customers if were satisfied with their service. if you dont wamt to lose your money DO NOT GO THROUGH STUBHUB.
