I recently purchased tickets for a theater event, but despite the promise of e-ticket delivery on the day of the show, I never received them. After spending almost six hours on the phone with various agents on the day of the show, I was forced to buy tickets at the theater for the event. The theater staff then informed me that the transaction was fraudulent. Although a StubHub agent assured me of a full refund it would take two weeks to process! I have doubts about their reliability. The cost of the three tickets was over $800. Notably, I have used other ticket agencies without experiencing such issues. Ultimately, I deleted the app.!
