They absolutely horrible. I purchased a parking pass for the Super Bowl on Wednesday prior to the game. I never received the pass. Called to get my money back after purchasing a ticket from SeatGeek because the time had elapsed from when the ticket was to be delivered. StubHub said they would send me another parking pass. The story changed everyone I called. Do not use StubHub. I repeat do not use them.
