I had tickets for Disney on ice. Day of 9:30 my child I was taking was very sick. I messaged customer service right away and was told they would send a link that I could request refund. Didn't receive an email went back on help and now don't have any history that the conversation happened. Now telling me event was over and nothing can be done! I am so disgusted. Will never deal with Stub Hub ever!
