I purchased parking tickets to a basketball game in Philly from Stubhub. I followed and completed all the steps required by Stubhub. When I was prompted to "View Tickets", I received parking tickets for another day, another event. I had to pay for parking myself. When I supplied documentation to Stubhub showing I completed all steps, the incorrect ticket they sent me, and the receipt showing that I had to pay for parking, they told me that they could not refund my payment because I reported this after the event took place. They offered me 25% credit towards a future purchase at Stubhub, not a refund. I'm eating the cost of the original parking purchase. They stole from me. I will NEVER use Stubhub again.
