Spoke to 3 people and Friday the 3rd person made sure she was going to do what she needed to do to get my girlfriend & I the tickets. My girlfriend got on the phone and explained everything to her and she told her to hold on, my girlfriend was on hold for about 5 minutes when she was told that we would be receiving an email and that the customer service rep would call us back in 1 hour. After we hing up the email showed up not even 5 minutes later. I took care of adding the tickets to my Apple Wallet and we had an awesome time.
