We bought 4 tickets for a small theater in my home town on a Monday. These were electronic tickets. After we submitted our payment we were told that we would not receive tickets until the day of the show on Sunday. On Sunday at 9:30am we were told that we had to wait until 2 hours before the show!! They charged our card without us ever getting the tickets. Ruined our whole plan to take our 80 year old parents to the 2pm show. We couldn’t risk getting to theater and not having tickets
