I looked for tickets three months in advance to a Dallas Mavericks Milwaukee Bucks game March 1. At the time it seemed all the tickets at the American Airlines Center were expensive. So I purchased three tickets for approximately $180 each in the upper level. The total bill with taxes came to $684. On the day of the game I could have bought the tickets for $40 each. I felt taken advantage of because I did not know that StubHub could offer tickets for prices much higher than what they are worth. Well, that’s great for the seller, but the buyer feels like a fool. I will not buy tickets through StubHub again and I will do more research on what the average cost of tickets are at a particular venue next time.
