I recently started using Stubhub because I genuinely prefer their iOS app more than any other ticketing application. I felt it had the most personalized recommendations and I appreciate the Spotify connectivity. I purchased a ticket via Stubhub a month ago and received my tickets from Ticketmaster immediately. For this event, it took right up until the day before the concert for my ticket to arrive. I contacted customer service, who were ultimately very helpful, and told me that the reseller had until the day before the concert at 4pm to supply me the tickets. I think this system is a little nerve wracking and maybe not the best. I understand there is some sort of customer guarantee up until the day of the event, but I worry that would likely just result in you getting your money back and not actually going to the concert. I think this definitely needs to be updated. It's a shame as I do really enjoy the app and its processes.
