I got the seats I wanted for a price I could afford, and I had no problems getting in with my tickets. Purchasing was straightforward. It always makes me a little antsy to have to wait for ticket transfer with no indication of when it will happen, but so far, I have not had any issues with tickets not being delivered on time. I think it would significantly improve the user experience if the ticket transfer window was set to close a few days before the event, rather than leaving it open until the day of the event.
