I am extremely disappointed with my experience on StubHub. I’m a first-time user, and I accidentally sold tickets to the wrong show on the same day at the same venue. The tickets were $500, and on top of that, StubHub charged me an additional $500 to reimburse the buyer, leaving me out a total of $1000.
To make matters worse, I’m a federal worker who is in the process of losing my job, so this couldn’t have come at a worse time. I opened a claim with StubHub, and after over a month and a half of waiting, they denied my claim without even offering the chance to speak to someone or provide any explanation.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and it’s hard to understand why such a large company would treat its customers this way, especially when they’re already going through tough times. I hope others take this experience into account before using this platform.
