After purchasing tickets through StubHub, I retrieved them via email, accepted them, and used the platform to share one ticket with my guest. They received the email but when clicking the provided link, no ticket was available. I sent screenshots clearly showing what my guest received and the error displayed, proving the failure was on StubHub’s system. Despite this, your team told me, “there’s nothing we can do” and refused to issue a refund. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told due to high call volume, that wasn’t possible. I was effectively left with no solution, no accountability from your side, and out over $400 while missing the concert entirely. This is unacceptable. I paid in good faith, followed the process, and provided proof when it failed
