I was upset because we were informed the day before the performance that the tickets that we originally purchased were no longer available. I don't normally purchase through StubHub. Is that normal practice? I was then offered tickets with an obscured view which is not acceptable for a ballet performance. I declined that offer. I was then offered excellent seats which we accepted. It all turned out very well because we had seats that far exceeded what we originally purchased.
