I ordered concert tickets and a parking pass from Stubhub. Turns out the parking garage was more than a 1 mile walk from the concert in the worst of neighborhoods. Stubhub refused to refund my money for the parking pass claiming I was told where the garage was. That is false. The ticket only said "garage parking." It was not until I agreed to accept it that I was informed of the location. Stubhub states "100% guarantee" FALSE
