I've used the site to sell tickets for years. I've been extremely happy. However, this year the "system" now generates a Recommended filter. This hides my listing until the system decides to recommend it. Some of my listings are better than the ones that are not hidden. Prior years only showed a recommended notation, like the "good" or "awesome" notations. Get this changed back! I was told today by the tech support team that IF a buyer calls in asking why there aren't more listings, they will instruct the buyer to remove the "Recommended" filter. Get the filters removed; or, at the very least, give a buyer a pop-up letting them know there are more listings. StubHub is deciding the price I can sell at! Ridiculous!
