I bought same day tickets to see the LA philharmonic Orchestra. However, the tickets that were transferred were for the following day. Customer Service stayed on the line with me until they transferred new tickets to me and I confirmed all was good. It was a little nerve wracking but the woman was patient and made sure all was good before the call ended. Much appreciated.
