Buying a ticket was easy, selling was a whole different story! Will never do again. The auto response for customer service is the same no matter what. Very few of the directions actually matched up to the app choices. Transferred my ticket SO many times I lost count. I understand the concept of customer service over the phone, but after 2, 30 minute phone calls I got really tired of the girl apologizing for me being on hold and thanking me for my patience. I just wanted to get my issue solved so I could get to my concert and the seller to his.
