Bait and switch! is the business model for this garbage company. The leach that sucks on to Ticketmaster and slurps up the scraps. Pay careful attention before claiming your tickets. It is nearly guaranteed that whatever tickets you thought you purchased are not going to be the tickets that show up in the innocuously titled email that says “claim tickets”. It is designed to make you think that you were getting the tickets that you paid for but then once you click accept, you realize that you just accepted tickets that were not the ones that you wanted. Likely much cheaper tickets that you would’ve never purchased if you had known.
