The tickets I purchased were apparently fraudulent. People were already in our seats when we arrived ready to sit with hands full of dinner. The venue host was incredibly gracious and re-sat us but it was a huge ordeal in a crush of 40,000 people. Called Stubhub next day and while the customer support person Christian was super nicel, he basically said too bad and we had to have called in the moment. We asked that our StubHub service fee be credited and that they follow through with the seller. No service fee credit and unclear if seller will have any consequences. Sounded like not. Very disappointing.
