My 81 year old mother bought me tickets for a 2024 HEART show. Ann was recovering from cancer and chemo and had to cancel. They rescheduled a year later at the same venue so she tried to reuse the money that she had spent. Stub Hub was horrible to work with. It took MANY phone calls and emails, and even two promises to call her back. She asked us to help, only to experience the same frustration. We will NEVER do business with them again.
